The final chapter of this incredible site in the heart of Richmond. Stage 3 known as 'Palmer St’ was the most exclusive release comprising of just 55 luxury residences including 11 expansive single level penthouses featuring two carparks, imported Italian kitchens, butler’s pantries, and decadent bathroom finishes. MRE were pivotal in the design and finishes specifications resulting in a fully sold-out campaign to local buyers with impressive square metre rates achieved.

Stage 2 was released to the market in July 2013. Hecker Guthrie was appointed for the second stage and worked closely alongside MRE to develop the interiors. Featuring a warm yet minimal palette and paying homage to the site’s industrial past, MRE provided advice on design and finishes every step of the way resulting in a sell-out success to 85% owner occupiers and record sales rates for the area.

An exceptionally distinctive project situated in the heart of Richmond. Only 34 apartments boasting highly considered finishes. Designed by the talented David Lee from K2LD architects, MRE were appointed as exclusive agents and worked diligently with the developer to achieve above average square metre rates. The development was sold out prior to settlement without a display suite.

Nestled on the leafy side of Richmond, bordered by Coppin, Highett, Griffiths, and Palmer Streets, Jaques is a premium development that blends an iconic industrial past with contemporary city living. Appointed as exclusive agents for all three stages, the first stage was fully sold out in six weeks comprising of 120 apartments in addition to 20 townhouses. Designed by Fender Katsalidis Architects, Jaques undeniably established a new benchmark for sophisticated living in Richmond.

The Collingwood Malt Silos underwent an impressive transformation by the Blue Earth Group into a boutique complex comprising of 45 apartments. The project showcased imported Italian kitchens and high-quality Rogerseller bathroom fittings and fixtures. The MRE team successfully sold out the entire complex in a mere 10 weeks, achieving a gross realisation of $37M.

A collection of 110 apartments and nine townhouses situated on Judd Street, this boutique development featured a 400m2 garden space complemented by a north-facing swimming pool and gym. The MRE team successfully sold the entire project in just four short months.

Pioneering the Forest Hill precinct, the highly skilled Baracon team introduced one of the earliest apartment projects. MRE unveiled the project in Dubai, achieving the sale of 35 apartments on the opening night. With a total of 120 apartments, MRE successfully sold out the entire project within a remarkable five month timeframe. Presently, the MRE Property Management team manages 80% of the building.
