Aligned with our commitment to responsible investment, we are developing 21st-century schools equipped with cutting-edge ICT infrastructure. What a fantastic weekend it has been! 🤩 Last Saturday, 144 employees from all Ageas entities took part in the Ageas Triathlon in Bruges. For about 70 of them, it was their first experience with an Olympic Distance. They started this #challenge 6 months ago, when some had never swum 🏊♀️, biked 🚵♀️ or run 🏃♀️ before. They demonstrated that with perseverance and support, any hurdle can be overcome 💪. They broke boundaries and showed that dreams have no limits. As Evi Van Acker, the project's godmother, said during the celebration: “This is not the end of the journey; it's just the start. This was clear from the many alumni triathletes who participated for the 2nd, 3rd or even 4th time.” So #congratulations to our amazing triathletes, to their incredible journey and to Golazo Energy for supporting them every step of the way, right up to the finish line! 🙌 #Triathlon #GreatPlaceToGrow #GreatPlaceToWork

This highly prestigious awards programme seeks to highlight the brightest innovators from almost 300 entries across 40 countries. 🌍 🏆 🏆 Ageas is proud to have been recognised through two bronze awards for innovation. In the ‘Workforce Transformation’ category, Grupo Ageas Portugal was recognised for its #entrepreneurial INside initiative, an internal innovation programme. Employees can develop their own ideas and implement these within the organization, alongside #learning innovation methodologies from a range of different innovation experts. Aksigorta in Türkiye were recognised in the ‘Re-imagining the Customer Experience’ category for the Aksigorta Credit Card Unemployment Insurance-product, which embraces the #EmbeddedInsurance trend. 📱 Akbank’s Mobile users can seamlessly access and purchase this product alongside their digital customer journey with the bank.
