How can you promote inclusivity in the fashion industry?
If you are a non diverse employer, manager, designer,… yourself: hire people of diverse backgrounds, give them a shot at your next assignment, include them in your platforms, surround yourself with people with different backgrounds and view on life, just do it. Because once you have more voices inside your company or around you, you are able to shift faster and better. You will learn by doing. And even learn things you didn’t even realize you needed to be aware of. Don’t try to figure it all out for them, they know best, empower them, trust the process but start today.

What are some easy ways to incorporate lifelong learning into your daily routine?
Talk to your children! Learn what they are up to, listening to, find interesting and relevant. Having representatives of the next generation in my house and having the privilege to see what they find important, their values and view on the world is extremely insightful. Learning how to talk and think more inclusive for exemple. Having a mirror that points out your learning curve and helps you moving ahead is a true blessing. Besides reading a lot on LinkedIn of course 😉 My source for learning everything on web3, happy to share that again too in true web3 mindset.

What are the most effective tools for promoting your brand online?
Permission Marketing. Grow your business by turning your friends into followers, your followers into customers. Instead of shouting in the open, try whispering the right words in the ears that are already open to listen. And tell them relevant stories, make them feel special, give them access to something exclusive. They will not only become your next best customers but also loyal ambassadors, spreading more love on your brand. Web3 offers amazing tools to build innovative loyalty programs where the customer is central. They choose to be part of your community.
