Important
Manages employees that are responsible for projects, development teams and application or infrastructure support or operations functions.
Oversee application programming and analysis projects which include development, installation and maintenance of application programs.
Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts, tools, and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the company's business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
Continuous Transformation : Knowledge of evolving the business to remain competitive; ability to understand, adapt oneself to, respond to and proactively seek changes and innovation in the business environment to improve the competitive advantage of an organization.
Talent Management : Knowledge of the critical competencies required to achieve intended results; ability to generate consistent approaches for hiring, selection, retaining and leveraging talent across the organization.
Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
Matrix Management: Understanding of the importance of being able to leverage external resources when required and ability to build and use effective working relationships within own department and across department, functional, and geographic reporting lines.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers (e.g., vendors, service providers, contractors, consultants, and suppliers).
Cybersecurity Standards and Policies : Knowledge of developing cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures; ability to develop and communicate policies, standards, and procedures that guide interactions with customers.
Budget Management: Knowledge of the principles and methodology of budget management; ability to utilize the tools, techniques and procedures needed to establish and monitor budgets.
Basic Qualifications
Education: College degree is required
Language: Pre-advanced English and Spanish is required
