Here’s just a small snapshot of the many things we appreciate about you: ▪ You’re incredibly knowledgeable, consultative and strategic. Rather than talking for talking’s sake, we appreciate that you always weigh in with valuable insights. ▪ You’re the pinnacle of professionalism, always sharing carefully chosen, interesting ideas in every conversation. ▪ You’re humble, regularly telling others that you can learn a lot from THEM (when, in truth, you have so much knowledge to share). ▪ You tirelessly train and coach members of our team, particularly new hires, showing them the ropes with care and patience. ▪ You’re a dedicated dance mom to your two amazing daughters, cheering them on enthusiastically from one international dance competition to the next. 💃🏆 ▪ You always do your research, whether at work or when you shop, travel or…date (before you met your husband, Tim, that is). Remember how you used to treat first dates like job interviews, asking “candidates” to meet you at the Altis office and then taking them for a casual grilling over lunch? ▪ You’re always on trend. How trendy are we talking? Larissa’s two teenage daughters want to borrow HER clothes. Unheard of. ▪ You’re multifaceted, a former piano teacher who loves classical music AND a savvy Senior Account Executive on our Broader Public Sector & Government Services team. ▪ You’re funny. How is it that as a self-described “clumsy person with two weak ankles that spontaneously dislocate,” you ended up with TWO competitive dancer daughters? 😊 ▪ You’re a proud animal lover with two fur babies (dogs), A$AP Rocky and Cocoa, and one very photogenic feather baby, a budgie called Snow. We love it when Snow photobombs our video calls by sitting on your head! Larissa, we appreciate everything you bring to our team and the excellent service you provide to our clients. Her knack for finding the ideal match quickly propelled her into a Senior Recruitment Partner role, followed by a recent move onto our Professional and Financial Services team, where she now shines as the go-to recruiter for high-level, niche positions, no matter how challenging or unique.  And her expertise doesn’t stop there—she’s also a supportive mentor who loves helping her teammates, sharing her knowledge and lifting others up.
