This week, we attended the AI Hardware & Edge AI Summit 2024, where Alphawave Semi made waves with our cutting-edge innovations in connectivity! At booth #9, we showcased our HBM3 Sub-System for AI workloads, including a demo of the #HBM3e IO loopback eye diagram at 9.6 Gbps on 3nm silicon. We also featured the AresCORE, a 3nm 24Gbps #UCI with TSMC CoWoS® Advanced Packaging, demonstrating D2D traffic at 24 Gbps per lane. Our CTO, Tony Chan Carusone, presented “Redefining Connectivity: Charting Next-Gen Pathways in Chiplet Interconnects,” highlighting AI’s role in advancing chiplet ecosystems and their use in #AI, #HPC, next-gen 6G, and data center networking. Alphawave Semi will be at ECOC Exhibition 2024! Join us at ECOC 2024, Europe’s leading optical communications conference and exhibition, in Frankfurt, Germany. Alphawave Semi will showcase our full product portfolio with a range of demonstrations at our booth. Looking back at ECOC 2022 in Basel, Switzerland, we exhibited our Extra Long Reach (XLR) Multi-Standard SerDes (MSS) ZeusCORE. At the OIF CEI 112G demonstration, it successfully interoperated with other vendors over VSR, MR, and LR channels, including ISI channels, mated test fixtures, and 3.5m of copper cable, achieving a bit error rate of 1E-10.
