We are thrilled to share one of our latest projects, Canvas House. A hybrid of house and private art gallery, Canvas House is a painting that uses brick as its medium. Inspired by the early works of Larry Poons, we wanted to create a facade that expressed movement beyond its shape, and so we choreographed brick into a 3D texture through the use of an original repeating bond pattern. The bond pattern is composed of 5 bricks, and each bond features unique corbel variations. Through cast shadows and plays of light, the facade becomes a performance of form.
