World-class stadiums achieve their status by thinking about these minute details of the fan experience. And so do we. The majority of local planning authorities in the United Kingdom mandate environmental impact assessments (EIAs) for projects anticipated to significantly affect their surrounding environment. EIAs encompass various climate-related elements, such as air quality, wind, sun, glare, noise, and thermal comfort and addressing each of these elements individually is essential to meet the mandated requirements.
