The relevant prices for the Items are automatically picked from a standardized price list which is password protected and not available for editing.
Relevant columns for calculation of quotation amounts are also password controlled and not available for editing.
The respective equipment list also computes the required transportation matrix, Crane requirement, Setup manpower etc which enables the user to estimate the logistics requirement easily.
This estimation sheet also creates a template for easy data entry into ERP for further review.
The completed template is tested for a full event season and the same has been designed and implemented in Microsoft AX ERP to integrate with the existing Quotation and Sales Order Process.
