A strategic, creative branding and marketing executive with over 25 years experience, Amanda is a transformation catalyst with expertise in brand strategy, insight to innovation facilitation, strategic planning, and creative design thinking to solve big challenges. Her background extends into luxury, health & beauty, consumer goods, food, entertainment & retail, working with companies like Mattel, Club Monaco, Canadian Tire, and Holt Renfrew.

Amanda’s work is guided by the idea that business can be both wildly successful and also effect positive change. This principle lies at the heart of not only BIZU Innovation Group, but at the heart of her not-for-profit work as well — including her role as a founding director of BridgeNorth, a national charitable organization whose mission it is to restore the inherent dignity and value of sexually exploited women and girls.

Currently, Amanda is also host of the Purpose Powered Brand, a podcast for leaders and brands transforming business into a force for good. In each episode, she speaks with leaders who are proving that not only does purpose drive profit, but the future of our world depends on it. From experts, CEO’s, and founders, to entrepreneurs, and societal change agents, we’ll get inspired and learn how to build a business and brand that’s not only profitable, but purposefully makes people’s lives and the world better.
