Ultra High Performance Concrete: We have a production facility to produce large format thin panels in a wide variety of colours and surface options. We also produce highly specialized projects using rubber and fibreglass molds to produce 3D concrete shapes for cladding or structural purposes. Thermally Broken Substructure - iCLAD. Now that many buildings require better thermal performance I have developed a substructure system that performs like the best of them but is made from Stainless Steel or Galvanized Steel to fit every budget.

Hi Josh, thanks for the article. I read each of the items you list and they are all good points. Somehow, the points make the path to achievement of difficult goals neater and cleaner than it actually is. When I think about why that is, I think I need to add an aspect of achieving goals that is difficult to articulate. Every step of the way, we need to be thinking of all of the things that can go wrong and what we would do if things do actually go wrong, which inevitably happens. How does that effect each of the items? I think you need to add a subtext to each item, which is: "Have a contingency plan" and then "have a second contingency plan" and "have a buffer in every plan that only you know about". It helps every step, especially stress!
