Vice President of the city’s oldest women associations. I run the events and create a welcoming atmosphere with the board of directors. Creating the social enterprise section of this association is my 2034-24 goal. We created Bcn’s Premier Women Speaking Club at Barcelona Activa.

Connect speakers to our members, promote in social media, host events and liason with venues. CoCordinated the Nov PSAx summit with 10 speakers and did marketing and worked with videographer and photographers for edits.

Lead virtual one day conference dedicated to speakers, choose speakers, communicate between, make posters, manage hashtags and social media, edit videos, host networking member only events.

Past President of a Berlin Toastmasters club and present mentor for a Youth speaking club in Barcelona. Encouraging members to volunteer, planning meetings, securing next level of management and opening and closing meetings.

Social media committee, Annual Paris Conference core team.Managed the excel spreadsheet of 200 applications for 37 workshop positions for the organization´s annual conference. Managed biography information of the presenters, drafted posters, communicated deadlines, managed emails.

Lead networking, Breakout room tag, Games Room for an After Party and manage marketing after designing posters.2 years in Corona for Berlin Change Days.

Intensive 360-hour internship managing volunteers, recruitment, marketing and evaluating strategic planning for an environmental NGO. Worked out of Brazil and met with management weekly to manage and recruit the growing volunteer base.

Managed 20 presenters’ schedule for a day-long communication workshop

Cairo, Egypt. During Summers 2007-08 I allocated resources, recruited French-speaking volunteers and collaborated with the Congolese Community leader aimed at the integration of Congolese refugee children to create social activities for children aged 3-13.

Established a yearlong, free English conversational class for staff and beneficiaries of a non-profit art gallery in Cairo, Egypt.

Organized logistics and handled the finances of 12 restaurant vendors for the largest annual charity fundraiser. Have experience in all areas of hospitality. Grew up in a hotel and restaurant business so I have 20 years cooking, serving, ordering, menu design and supervising.

Supervised 4 committee heads and collaborated with Career Service staff to ensure the success of the 40 institute, 2-day fundraiser.

Recruited and interviewed students, coordinated chapter-wide events for students and people with disabilities to become friends. 2 years of management and 4 years of involvement as a member with a buddy.

Designed and taught 40 hrs of English to local jungle-dwelling kids and parents in a jungle classroom on an organic Banana farm

Help adults play basketball. 2x month help with the organization of 8 teams playing basketball. I score keep and cheer them on in this fulfilling role with community groups of adults with disabilities.

Managed and facilitated communication between volunteers for a 3-day festival, including cooking, security set up and all logistics over social media and emailing 200 participants for two years´events.
