Kai Chen has been with Integral Group since 1994. He graduated from one of the most prestigious institutions of higher learning in China, Shanghai Jiaotong University, with a degree in Engineering. With his solid educational background, Kai has a thorough understanding of the fundamental principles of mechanical systems for various buildings.
Kai brings over 17 years of experience and expertise to our team with a focus on sustainable design and specializing in design-build, tenant improvement and renovation projects. He has successfully completed a variety of projects including offices, retail, residential, student housing and restaurants. His project management role includes concept design, system selection, administration, on-site problem solving and commissioning. Kai has strong project management skills in particular for fast-track, schedule sensitive projects.
