I'm a Senior Human Resources Leader and Business Partner with 15+ years of progressive HR experience. I'm passionate about driving team success, implementing organizational solutions, and building strong business relationships at all levels. I have a proven track record of driving results, employee engagement, and leadership development through high-touch support and strategic HR guidance.

My super-power is building connections and relationships. Other skills include: coaching, leadership development, HR policies, performance management, workforce planning and org design, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Health & Safety, and change management. I have strong knowledge of the telecom and retail industries, have worked in provincially and federally regulated companies, in union and non-union environments, in both Canada and the US.

I'm a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA), a former Dress For Success board member and therapy dog volunteer. I fulfilled my dream of living in New York City and now I'm back at home in Toronto. I'm a dog mom, house flipper/renovator, Peloton enthusiast, and a super-aunt to my two wonderful nieces and nephew.
