    -Utilized both primary and secondary research, including interviews with experts on nonprofits in Africa as well as in-country interviews
    -Joined the team in Sierra Leone, Africa in September 2010 to further research project proposal
    -Developed a fully revised business model for the adult education program to increase effectiveness of teaching and future profit potential of vocational skills training
