Pamela Steer is the current President & CEO of CPA Canada. She was honoured in 2019 as Canada's CFO of the Year. She is a bilingual transformative executive and experienced corporate director. She has more than 20 years experience in technology and financial services industries (pensions, insurance) including publicly traded, private and regulated entities in Canada and abroad.

As a Board Chair as well as Chair for Governance & Nominating and Finance Committees, Pamela has extensive experience as a Board Director with founding boards and committees, strategy, transformation and CEO and board management.
