Rami Michael is the President and CEO of the overall CareHawk, Inc. and CareHawk USA combined organizations. CareHawk is a leading manufacturer of Safety Communication Systems. With a dedicated mission to enhance safety through technology, and world class series of product lines, CareHawk is a trusted partner of thousands of schools, districts, healthcare facilities, and commercial/industrial spaces.

Prior to CareHawk, Rami held the role of Senior Vice President, Product and Engineering at Marchex where he oversaw the overall vision and execution of the organization’s industry-leading products. Additionally, Rami Michael was the Chief Technology and Product Officer at Telmetrics Corp (subsidiary of Marchex) where he had overall responsibility for the Software Development, QA, and Business Intelligence teams. Prior to Telmetrics, Rami was the CTO at CanadaHelps where he was responsible for evolving CanadaHelps' SaaS platform that powers the payment processing backend for more than 20% of Canada's charities, currently facilitating nearly $500MM of annual top line revenues.

As a Global Technology Executive with extensive experience in both startup and turnaround corporate modes, Rami has ensured that the technology investment is right-sized and capable of business objectives for current and future business lines.

Comfortable in environments of powerful transformation, Rami thrives in the role of change leadership where he has a demonstrated ability to develop IT strategy and drive an organization forward. A natural role model, he is often able to inspire the sort of behaviour needed to encourage and embed change. Whether the organization comprises 5, 50, or 100 professionals, profitable or building towards a path to profitability, Rami has enjoyed building agile technology teams and executed business plans to maintain current and future technology road maps, while identifying and mitigating risks far in advance.

Rami's broad range of experience spans more than two decades of leading multiple parallel-running and geographically-dispersed teams to design, develop and operate innovative software solutions. Rami's teams demonstrated superior production quality and achieved efficiencies through his maintaining of best practices, while continuously self educating in emerging technologies.
