Great tip Angela! iPhone users can be notified to log how they are feeling as well in the Health app. For those of us who like to look at data, I appreciate that this info is graphed out for me and I can reflect on trends as well as being present in the moment.

Often this situation stems from your client not seeing the impact or value of your service. Meet in person or at least a video call to review outcomes and ASK QUESTIONS! Are you meeting their need? What is happening in their business and how can you contribute to their strategic direction.
