Jennifer Wagner is a climate tech executive on a mission to help launch, nurture and scale innovative startups with massive climate change mitigation potential.
As a Fellow with Breakthrough Energy, she serves as a fractional executive and advisor to more than a dozen early stage climate tech startups in every corner of climate, including carbon capture, enhanced weathering, green chemicals, hydrogen, and cement.
A dedicated advocate committed to fostering a more diverse, equitable and inclusive climate tech sector, she serves as an executive coach for founders from underrepresented backgrounds through accelerators including Lab Start, Air Miners, and Elemental Excelerator.
As past President of CarbonCure, she led the team to win the grand prize for two major global climate innovation competitions: the $20 million Carbon XPRIZE and the $35 million Grand Carbon Challenge.
Jennifer has been recognized as one of 20 Women Driving The Future of Climate Tech, Business Insider’s Clean Energy Rising Stars, Canada’s Clean50 Emerging Leaders, and the Climate Action Summit’s Climate Trailblazers.
