Iowa City woman injured after crashing during police chase

IOWA CITY, Iowa (Iowa's News Now) — An Iowa City woman is hurt after crashing her motorcycle during a police chase.

Police were attempting to pull over a motorcycle that was clocked speeding on I-380 southbound near Iowa City.

Iowa State Patrol says 20-year old Tessa Galloway didn't stop and led police on a chase.

Galloway lost control at a curve on the I-380 southbound to I-80 eastbound flyover and crashed.

Galloway was taken to UIHC for treatment.
