Two-A-Days: West Branch begins new era under first year coach John Nestor

WEST BRANCH, Iowa — The late Butch Pedersen put West Branch on the map. For 40 years, he led the Bears to small-school dominance in Iowa. Before last season, every playoff appearance in West Branch history came under Pedersen.

But now in a now era, John Nestor takes the reigns after many years as an assistant coach in Illinois.

Nestor is the father of current Iowa defensive back John Nestor, Jr.
