GFD, founded in 2009 and headquartered in Lugano, Switzerland, conducted fund selection and distribution activities under the supervision of FINMA until the end of 2019. The company uses an internally created CMS ® commission calculation system, which allows complete management of distribution fees between fund and intermediary, simplifying the administrative burden on both parties.
