🎓🌍 I am thrilled to have organized the final BuddingQ Imbizo Bootcamp with two exceptional Student Leaders fully sponsored by Global Changemakers. 🌟 It was an honor to lead the final day of the BuddingQ Imbizo Bootcamp, working closely with the outstanding leaders Sibulele Ngamntwini and Tiisetso Nhlapo. Together, we empowered 11 Student Leaders to fully realize their facilitation capabilities. 📅 On 27 July 2024, the BuddingQ Imbizo Bootcamp concluded with a remarkable training session that highlighted the essential facilitation skills our student leaders need. This event marked a significant milestone in BuddingQ's five-year journey, equipping our leaders with the expertise required for the upcoming evaluation process in September. 🌱 Participants not only honed valuable facilitation skills but also engaged in a unique student-expert interaction model, reinforcing the importance of experiential learning and community engagement. This approach is crucial in developing well-rounded individuals ready to drive sustainable change beyond the classroom. 🙏 I am deeply grateful to Global Changemakers for their sponsorship, without which this event would not have been possible.
