Tool concert

This is a photo of the band Tool playing a show. While playing live they display artwork and animations along with a light show. This combination of things is truly a musical treat.To me this photo has great meaning for a multiple reasons. The first and easiest reason would be that they are my favorite band. I have listened to their music while growing up and am sure that in many ways it has made an impact on the person I have become.

Amazingness that is a Tool concert

This album could not have come at a better time in my life. As I move into a new phase of my life, leave it to Maynard and company to drop something so timely, poignant, and powerful in our laps. I don't know if this can overcome Aenima as my favorite of Tool's offerings, but it is definitely going to be fun to really let this one sink in with listen after listen. It has so many nuances that it will take infinite listens to pull out all it contains. Thirteen years was worth the wait. 8/30/19
