Plus, we need to get even stronger in peak season as our #warehouses run non-stop and we handle up to 245,000 orders a day! 📦 ◾️ 33 - Because we are a disruptive and #innovative company, we attract both young and enthusiastic people who can develop here. But also professionally experienced matadors who have the chance to change things, push things forward, and see results. How to condense Notino life into a few facts? 🤔 It's hard, but we'll try. ◾️ If you don't want to wait for the elevator in the morning or you're not talkative in the morning, avoid arriving at 7:50. That's just about the most common time #NotinoPeople come into the offices. ⛅️ ◾️ To be ready for all the work challenges and chatty colleagues, we need a proper caffeine dope. Luckily for our colleagues, our coffee is free and together we drink 140 packets of coffee a week! ☕️ ◾️ If by chance you're not sure of the name of a colleague from another team, it's very likely to be Tomáš or Jana. #BlackFriday in summer? Why not! 🏖 At Notino we have it regularly every summer and this year was no different.  It was a great team effort by our #NotinoPeople. We are proud to have delivered many great-smelling #packages and quality #CustomerService. And we have to highlight it here because our Customer Care department has shown time and time again how perfectly they handle their demanding job. 👏  #Technology helps us at Customer Care too, which is why we use a #voicebot called Tina. 💬 Thanks to her, we handled 34.9% of the total calls! Our Summer Black Friday in numbers 📧 80 738 emails answered 📞 44 663 calls answered   📞 3 minutes 40 seconds was the average call length 📞 15 seconds was average customer waiting time on the line   We are proud of these numbers and our colleagues who handled Summer Black Friday perfectly! Excited to announce that Notino has been Highly Commended for Best Supply Chain Solution at the #AdamSmithAwards! 🎉    Our partnership with Platební instituce Roger has revolutionized our #supplychain by unifying payment terms and enhancing cash flow. In 2024 alone, nearly €20m is expected to be financed through this #innovative solution, a tenfold increase from 2023.   Special thanks to our CFO Jakub Šedý for leading this strategic initiative, yielding a remarkable annual working capital gain of €63m and extending payment terms to 45 days. 🙏    We are proud of our commitment to #sustainablegrowth and excellence in supply chain management. 🌱 #NotinoPeople #WinningAsATeam  

#Logistics in Notino celebrates one success after another! 🤩 In July we opened our new Polish #warehouse and on July 15th we shipped our first packages! 📦 They have so far gone to customers in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. But soon we will add Germany and Poland as well. Apart from the amazing #NotinoPeople, #technology is also helping us with our operations. We apply proven ones from already operating warehouses, so 2 automatic SAVOYE packing lines cannot be missing—as well as the Cubiscan - a device to accurately measure the dimensions and weight of individual products. But very soon we will also deliver Locus and Agilox robots for transporting boxes and pallets and we will add a machine for automatic sample distribution. Our goal of being a technology company is being fulfilled greatly by logistics. 👌 The numbers we can boast about for our Polish warehouse are great too! ➜ 100 kW power output of the #solarpanel system on the MDC2 roof ➜ 167 days of preparation - from handing over the hall for early access to taking it over for use ➜ 1200 colleagues ➜ 9000 meters of shelving for picking and storing ➜ 28,500 m2 of floor space We are proud of our colleagues and partners who keep us moving forward and improving service for our #customers across Europe!
