30th anniversary of Hünnebeck Poland Three decades of partnership, passion and trust Construction is changing Poland and, as Hunnebeck Polska Sp. z o.o., we are proud to be a part of important projects. Up to 300,000 passengers per day use the M2 Line in Warsaw (second metro line), which was built over the last few years. Its construction was one of the biggest projects in the Polish capital. For nearly a decade, we have been providing general contractors with our solutions, equipment and experience. We handled the construction of stations C-09, C-10, C-12, C-17, C-18, along with associated facilities such as rooms for ventilation systems, route tunnels and depots (STP Karolin/Mory). Among other things, we were able to: - Supply special valves for ‘downstream’ concreting and as well as for concreting from the underside of formwork - Design and supply special formwork moulds for the concreting of architectural elements - Provide solutions for ceilings up to 1.5 metres thick - Design temporary supports with a load capacity of 870 tonnes using the INFRA-KIT engineering system - Close about a dozen shafts at stations C-18, C-07 and C-08 without using supports, instead suspending TOPFLEX formwork from INFRA-KIT H beams. A number of our versatile systems were used when building stations along the metro line II: MANTO and RASTO wall formwork, with which foundations, columns and walls were constructed, including walls formed on one side using retaining trestles; ID 15new load-bearing towers, and even TOPEC formwork, used to build station platforms. 30th anniversary of Hünnebeck Poland. Three decades of partnership, passion and trust. Over the past 30 years, we have supported the construction of many public facilities that are important to our communities. One such project was the expansion and modernisation of the Dr. Jan Biziel University Hospital No. 2 in Bydgoszcz. This project was demanding in several respects. The biggest challenge was undoubtedly the design of the support for the LPR helipad, part of which was cantilevered beyond the façade of the building. What's more, our solution had to bypass the electrical cables essential to the hospital's uninterrupted operations. Our Engineering department designed the support based on ID-15new® towers and the INFRA-KIT® system – our proven solutions for specialised tasks. INFRA-KIT enabled us to construct a base that left the cables operational. It served as the foundation for the towers built with the ID-15new system, with a height of more than 30 metres. In order for workers to be able to safely perform carpentry work on the helipad itself, the last support level was designed using TOPFLEX, providing an additional working platform. The entire structure thus reached a height of more than 35 meters. We used TOPEC slab formwork to quickly and efficiently pour the slabs This project truly highlights our #more productive and #more safe solutions! We have great memories of the Ciurel Bridge project in the Romanian capital, Bucharest. 🚗 💨 To deal with the vast amount of traffic there, an inner-city motorway feeder road was built. With the help of the INFRA-KIT modular construction system by #Hünnebeck, the parapets of the 235 m long cable-stayed bridge were constructed safely and quickly, and the carriageway was smoothed. #moresafety #moreproductivity #AtWorkForYou
