    We are celebrating 25 years in Izmir! This year sees two fantastic milestones for us: the 100th anniversary of HUGO BOSS, and also the 25th anniversary of HUGO BOSS Izmir. Established in 1999, our facility in Türkiye has evolved from a suit production hub to our largest manufacturing location, employing over 5,100 talented individuals, 62% of whom are women.     HUGO BOSS Izmir has seen incredible growth over the years. It now produces the full range of BOSS and HUGO products for the European market and boasts an annual production capacity of over 7 million units. As a crucial production hub in our nearshoring strategy, we have created a state-of-the-art facility by investing in Industry 4.0 innovations — like networked machines, data analysis, and flexible processes — which will keep propelling us into the future.    Our people are the key to our success, and we strongly believe in supporting the communities we are part of. In addition to creating job opportunities, HUGO BOSS Izmir has sponsored over 1,500 students through the HUGO BOSS Education Association, and supported over 1,600 women re-entering the workforce via our Open Doors for Women program.    It’s been an incredible quarter of a century of growth for HUGO BOSS in Izmir.     Our milestone 100th anniversary celebration involved an exciting and innovative hi-tech twist: a digital revival of six iconic looks!    We dipped into our archives and rendered three BOSS and three HUGO outfits as 3D animations, epitomizing our heritage of tailoring and style:    🌴 BOSS Miami Vice Suit: the sleek and stylish suit famously worn in the hit TV series "Miami Vice" that defined the 80s 👖 HUGO Dungarees: the instant icon debuted in HUGO's inaugural 1993 fashion show, and relaunched in the first HUGO Blue collection  🥊 BOSS Rocky Balboa Quarter Zip: worn by Sylvester Stallone in the 1976 film "Rocky".  ✨ HUGO White Shimmer Suit: a modern, feminine three-piece suit that dazzles with its unique shimmer  🦍 HUGO x Bape Short Suit: merging the classic BAPE® CAMO pattern with HUGO's signature red, from the Mr. Bathing Ape capsule collection 🤖 BOSS Future Look: the digital-only design from the 2023 Techtopia Fashion Show    These 3D assets were also the star of an activation during our summer party. This year we’re celebrating it in a big way at two #Pride parades! 🏳️🌈 This past weekend, HUGO BOSS debuted at Pride Amsterdam in the Canal Parade! Together with Managing Director Volker Herre and around 50 of our colleagues from the Western Hub, the HUGO BOSS ponton floated at Prinsengracht — close to our Leidsestraat flagship store — decorated with our Pride motto “Trust your own way. Love your own way.” And earlier, in July, we returned to the Christopher Street Day parade in Stuttgart for the second year in a row, with a truck also decorated with our Pride motto. Eighty of our colleagues — including Rashmi Verma, VP Global Employee Experience, and Marco Falcioni, SVP Creative Direction — joined the celebration, full of joy and love.     What a way to celebrate 100 years of HUGO BOSS! 🎉    This year our annual summer party was extra special as we marked our 100th anniversary. We transformed our headquarters into a summer festival ground, with a stylish Miami Vice inspired throwback to the 80s — the decade when HUGO BOSS established itself as a leading international fashion brand, dressing celebrities of the era like the leading characters of the popular tv show Miami Vice.    We celebrated this once-in-a-century moment with our colleagues from Metzingen, Filderstadt, and Wendlingen. We also invited former and current members of the supervisory and management board — people who helped guide the company to where we are today — to celebrate with us.     Our colleagues set the vibe for an incredible night, with lots of delicious food, drinks, and dancing to our HUGO BOSS rock band and DJ Felix Jaehn, who kept the party going.    Thank you to the events team for putting together a show-stopping party, fit to celebrate 100 years of style.
