25 years of commitment! In 1999, devoted Lufthansa employees had a vision: to join forces and provide help at destinations that needed it. Thus, help alliance was born. For 25 years the organization has driven projects to aid in a self-determined life of children and young people. Today their work encompasses a global network of committed employees who drive projects close to their hearts together with locals and their communities. Each one of our employees has their own motivation for supporting us wholeheartedly. Check out what we fly for and get to know Doro, Sangeeta, Ben, and George. Doro for example drives the project “dancing creates self-confidence” in Sao Paolo, Brasil and instills strength in kids, who live with trauma, on their path to a self-determined future. While Ben is engaged for the Learning Center in Pattaya, Thailand which provides a safe shelter and education for kids who are unhoused.
