In the limelight: July adds four new products to our portfolio 2024 marks a year of major upgrades to our product portfolio. July was no exception. It brought novelties to not only one, but two model ranges. Besides the new #Porsche Panamera GTS and Turbo S E-Hybrid, the automotive world welcomes the new Macan and Macan 4S. While this shows the diversity of our product range, our employees participated in this month's Christopher Street Day (CSD) showcasing how diverse our workforce is. What are you waiting for? Recap zur Formula Student Germany am Hockenheimring Auch 2024 waren wir mit unserem #Porsche Karrierestand wieder auf der Formula Student Germany vertreten. Vor Ort konnten wir viele interessante Gespräche führen und die Teams live an der Rennstrecke anfeuern. Das Highlight unserer FSG-Woche war unser Bergfest. Alle unsere gesponserten Rennteams haben wir ins Porsche Experience Center zu einem Grillfest in entspannter Atmosphäre eingeladen. "Bei #Porsche zu arbeiten, war schon als Kind mein Traum. Was genau, wusste ich als Teenager zwar noch nicht, aber ich hatte Glück, dass mein Patenonkel damals meine Neigung zum Basteln und Nähen mit dem Beruf Sattler in Verbindung brachte. Er lag richtig und ich konnte mit Spaß und Leidenschaft einen Beruf erlernen, der zu mir passt" So startete die Karriere von Kai Medynski. In seinen mittlerweile über 25 Jahren bei Porsche hat er schon einige Stationen durchlaufen: Gestartet mit einer Ausbildung zum Fahrzeugpolsterer ging es anschließend als Mitarbeiter und später als Teamleiter in der Sattlerei im Bereich der Türverkleidung weiter. Es folgten Einsätze als Qualitätslenker und Fertigungsplaner bevor er seine jetzige Tätigkeit als Prozessingenieur in der Sattlerei aufgenommen hat. "Meine Aufgaben sind vergleichbar mit dem Bauteil, das ich betreue: die Türverkleidung. Von der 992 Türverkleidung gibt es unzählige Varianten. Ich begleite diese über alle Lebenszyklen, von der Serienentwicklung über die Serienproduktion bis hin zur Ersatzteilversorgung.", erzählt Kai. Einen Alltag gibt es dabei nicht. "Es gibt natürlich die alltäglichen Routinen wie die Shopfloor-Runden oder Abteilungsrunden, aber ansonsten ist kein Tag wie der andere." Kai kann täglich seinen Traum bei Porsche leben: "Power, Schönheit, Luxus. Für die meisten ein unerreichbarer Traum, aber ich lebe und fahre diesen Traum." #TraumjobPorsche

The Porsche Lifestyle Group has unveiled its collaboration with Ananda Development Public Company Limited., a prominent real estate developer in Thailand, to introduce the Porsche Design Tower Bangkok. The groundbreaking concept of the highly exclusive ultra-luxury residence is located on Sukhumvit 38, one of the most prestigious addresses in the capital city of Thailand. The Porsche Design Tower Bangkok marks the first building of its kind in Asia and the third globally, following prestigious Porsche Design real estate developments in Miami, USA, and Stuttgart, Germany. This iconic project features 22 exclusive duplex and quadplex ‘Sky Villas’ ranging from 525 to 1,135 square meters, designed to set a new benchmark for ultra-luxury living, with an average price of USD 15 million and up to USD 40 million.
