When supporting international talent and their families, the following important points should be taken into account during relocation: 1. Depending on where your talent and their families come from and what nationality they are, different paths may be possible. Don't leave them alone with the complex German bureaucracy. Dabei ist eins von den sechs Agendapunkten das Anwerben und Integrieren von internationalen Fachkräften. Wir freuen uns sehr zu sehen, dass unsere Vision bei retalent und relokate so signifikant auch vom Startup-Verband, Verena Pausder und der Innovationsagenda gesehen wird. And that in one of the most employee-friendly countries where employees enjoy great protection rights. While it's great that employees have such strong job security and protection, it does come at a cost for employers who are trying to remain flexible in an ever-changing market. As HR / People professionals, we need to find a way to balance these two needs and create a win-win situation for both parties. One approach could be to focus on upskilling and reskilling employees in departments that are experiencing a slowdown, thus avoiding layoffs while at the same time investing in their development. Another strategy could be to offer more flexible employment arrangements, such as part-time or freelance work, which can help companies remain agile and increase employer branding. From our perspective, it's important to keep an eye on these trends and use innovative solutions that benefit both employees and employers. What do you think?
