How can CSR professionals lead their teams towards sustainability?
Supporting the team means inter alia to foster a safe space and inclusive environment to share insights, ideas and challenges. Also, it is key to keep track on the set goals and try to measure the milestones. Employees need to know towards what goals they work and whether they are coming closer. Support also means to listen and learn when eg a team member is in doubt whether a goal is achievable. Show interest in new ideas, such as the use of technology.

How can CSR professionals lead their teams towards sustainability?
To inspire your team you need to -Be clear about your vision and the concrete next steps. -Set the tone and communicate well, including being transparent about the challenges and at the same time enthusiastic about your ambitious goals. -Lay out every team member’s importance in achieving the company’s sustainability goals. -Include the team, ask for feedback. No one says it is easy, but by leading by example team leads can make a big difference and through a collaborative effort make a real difference in their ESG journey.

This advisory board will advise the German government during the 20th legislative term and support it in developing Germany into a leading location for sustainable finance in line with the guiding principle of financial stability and sustainability.
The Advisory Council operates as an independent and effective multi stakeholder dialog platform with members from the real economy, the financial sector, civil society and academia and advises the German government on the further development…This advisory board will advise the German government during the 20th legislative term and support it in developing Germany into a leading location for sustainable finance in line with the guiding principle of financial stability and sustainability.
The Advisory Council operates as an independent and effective multi stakeholder dialog platform with members from the real economy, the financial sector, civil society and academia and advises the German government on the further development and implementation of its sustainable finance strategy. In order to reflect the broadest possible spectrum of knowledge and to ensure optimal advice, the honorary advisory board members are supported by observers. -
