Fabricating the protoype using suitable Design features. Controller setup with a Arduino UNO Microcontroller. Programming in C++ for certain timing measurements for actuation of cutting blades and proper filling of salad in bowls using table rotation.

  • Design and Fabrication of Weight Based Sorting and Feeding system

    Developing a Weight based material Sorting and feeding system with Machine construction using CreoParametric2.0. Fabrication of the machine is carried out using suitable Design procedures. A Load Scale Sensor for weighing the material and Weighing Pressure Sensor is used for sorting the material. Microcontroller Arduino Nano is used and programming is carried out for proper sorting of material to open the valves for the sorting mechanism.

  • SAE INDIA KARPAGAM MINI DIRT BIKE CHALLENGE

    Participated in Mini dirt bike challenge, where the team is expected to Design, Manufacture and race a 50cc Dirt bike with other participating teams. Our team was placed 3rd overall in the 50cc Category. I won the Best Rider award.
