#Milestone We are beyond excited to share that we are expanding to restaurants!! 🥳🍔 A couple of weeks ago, Pavillon Beer Garden launched their new menu featuring delicious burgers with #TEMPTY at their cozy location in Fælledparken, and we were there to capture it all. 🎥 “It’s very tasteful, it works very well in burgers, and we also use it as a topping for our salads. I like that it has its own taste rather than trying to be perceived by customers or consumers that it needs to taste like meat.” - Morten Christensen, Partner at #PavillonBeerGarden. The launch with Pavillon was a success, so what’s next on our restaurant journey? #TV2time 📺 Wuhuu, an opportunity to talk fundraising challenges women face on Go' Aften Live at TV2! 💪💪 And the timing couldn't be better as our team is starting our seed round fundraising! 😎 Last night, our co-founder Cecilie Engvang Lund joined TV2 alongside Anna-Sophie Hartvigsen from Female Invest and Freja Brandhøj from Dansk Erhverv to discuss the CRAZY LOW number of funding that goes to female founders compared to male founders in Denmark. 🪫🤯 There are many reasons for this disparity, with unconscious biases being a big factor. Our hope and wish for the investment world is that every investor takes the time to recognize and address their own biases and truly understand the challenges female-founded businesses are trying to solve, even if they do not personally face these challenges due to, for example, gender differences. 🙏 We also have high hopes for more women to become decision-makers in investment firms and business angels by joining networks like Angella Invest. 🙌 Our team has been very fortunate to have a diverse group of investors, including three amazing women—Adela Michea, Ph.D., Bettina Klaustrup Kirketerp, and Keerthi Honnur—and we hope to see this number grow in our future rounds! 💚 #WomenInBusiness #FemaleFounders #Investment #DiversityMatters #UnconsciousBias #StartupLife #Entrepreneurship #Innovation #Fundraising #GenderEquality #TV2 #TemptyFoods

#GreatFoodAlert We are super excited to invite you to join Street Food om Søerne, one of the biggest food festivals in Denmark. 🥳 This year, we’ve partnered with Ristet Rug, who will be serving their delicious rye bread sandwiches with TEMPTY, ala 'crispy falafel'. 🤤 Street Food om Søerne is a fantastic place for food innovation, allowing new food entrepreneurs to test their ideas. 💡 This festival has also a special meaning for our team. In 2022, we participated with our own stand, selling sourdough panini with TEMPTY. Our goal was to see if the name #TEMPTY would resonate with consumers. It was a huge success—we sold out 3 out of 4 days and decided to keep the name for our products. 😊💪 This year, you’ll also have the chance to taste new innovations from DTU Skylab, eat myt. #EventTime: The best perk of having a food company? Sometimes you can’t be everywhere in person, but your food can! 🥳💪 A few weeks ago, Sanne Kjaerulf Todorov took #TEMPTY to schools, museums, and elderly homes during #DanishScienceFestival to introduce future alternatives connected to fermentation. 🍄 What did we love the most? Our new fan group! 😍 According to Sanne, “Everyone and especially kids were very excited about TEMPTY, probably because the texture is similar to some types of meatballs and the taste is not overwhelming.” 🙌 Aside from that, DTU Alt Protein project got TEMPTY burgers for lunch during their meet-up. 🍔🌱 The DTU’s Alt Protein project is organizing cool events where they share learnings around alternative proteins. #From1to3000! 🥳 We are so excited to share that a couple of weeks ago, TEMPTY was served as the main course during DTU's #Årsfest for more than 3,000 guests. 😍 The chef team from Compass Group Danmark came up with a delicious recipe where #TEMPTY was marinated in red wine and topped with a beetroot tartar. 🍷 This feels super special because in 2022, when our team won the Student Startup of the Year, TEMPTY was also part of the DTU - Technical University of Denmark Årsfest, but only in one meal—a poke bowl that was displayed during our ceremony. 🏆 A big thank you goes to the chef team who brought TEMPTY to everyone's plates in such a beautiful manner.💚 PS: For our longest followers, you might notice that many things have changed— not only the number of meals and the color of the food but also the color of our co-founder’s hair. 🤭 #TemptyFoods #DTUArsfest #CompassGroup #From1to3000 #FutureOfFood #Mycoprotein #FungiBased #Innovation #StudentStartupOfTheYear #DanishStartup #DanishFood
