I've recently put together a free website to help people learn Russian by listening to Russian speakers. It's probably most appropriate in the 'Phrasebook' section.
It's definitely a work-in-progress but in 6 months or so it should grow into a decent resource.
Tag: Listen to common Russian phrases and words spoken by native Russians.
