  • curprev 02:4902:49, 8 January 2022Niccola321 talk contribs 3,010 bytes −73 Mestizo is the right term. The original title of this page is Mestizo NOT Moreno or Pardo. In all other websites it's used Mestizo to describe mixed Venezuelans, in 2016 Latinobarómetro did a self identification of ethnic groups in Venezuela were the option MESTIZO was added which the majority of Venezuelans chose the option Mestizo, if the census would have had the Mestizo option it would've been the same, ref: https://www.slideshare.net/dragonite20/informe-latinobarmetro-2016 undo Tag: Visual edit

In the census the word Moreno is used instead of Mestizo, however this is misunderstood by many since in other countries Moreno is used to describe a Black person, In Venezuela Moreno does not mean Pardo as Brazil, in Venezuela moreno means mestizo or a person who has black or brown hair, the title is misleading. undo
