The whole construction was divided into two parts, being phase 1 and 2, which opened in 2013 and 2014, respectively. The rolling stock for Line 4 is a 6-car train, with {{convert|100|km/h|0|abbr=on}} of max speed, {{convert|80|km/h|0|abbr=on}} of operation max speed, and {{convert|36.6|km/h|abbr=on}} average speed. The collection shoe is on the lower part of the vehicle. The third rail is a mix of steel and aluminum.
