Launch (boat): Difference between revisions

The word launch is derived from the Spanish ''lancha'', which may be translated into English as "[[Pinnace (ship's boat)|pinnace]]". It has been suggested that ''lancha'' is in turn derived from a Malay word [[Lancaran (ship)|Lancaran]].
