I'm having trouble understanding the justification of how that's applicable. The claim was sourced to the Smithsonian Institute, a paramountly reliable source; other prominent sources to use the phrase as an alternate title for the Iraq War are [https://www.britannica.com/event/Iraq-War Britannica] and [https://www.history.com/topics/middle-east/persian-gulf-war#aftermath-of-the-persian-gulf-war History.com]; it also seems to have attribution [https://journals.iau.ir/article_674328_1b0285792b08a572d4c28041c2208c00.pdf in academic journals] [https://www.researchgate.net/publication/249919476_Demonizing_the_tyrant_Saddam_Hussein%27s_image_in_Spanish_news_programs_during_the_Second_Persian_Gulf_War] as well. Would you consider self-reverting and discussing more widely on the talk page as to what part of it you find to be a fringe theory, and your reasoning why? Thanks.
