Hi. I've recently run into an IP editor who seems to be somewhat problematic. When I go to their talk page, I see they are on a IP range that you previously temporarily blocked for LTA. As I am not familiar with the LTA context, I have no way of knowing if the current editor is the problem child. The IP is {{vandal|208.87.236.180}}. Could you please determine whether this is the individual that was intended to be blocked by the range block, and take some action if this proves to be the case? Thank you. To save you some time, I reviewed their contribs and found that they vandalized an LGBT userbox and also seem to have made a questionable edit to [[Transgender rights in Australia]], so if the LTA had to do with LGBT issues, this is probably them. The issue I am having with the also indirectly relates to LGBT rights, they seem to object to the inclusion of a link to a page which asserts such rights.
