While on a wikibreak, I noticed that the contents of [[:Category:Empty categories awaiting deletion]] are not updating and moving to speedy deletion after the 48 hours in the holding pen. I'm not able to figure this out right now. So if someone can look at this and get it working, that would be appreciated. A null edit seems to update the time and change the category when called for.
