The '''National Transplant Organization''' ({{lang-es|Organización Nacional de Trasplantes}}, ONT) is an institution belonging to the [[Ministry of Health (Spain)|Spanish Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality]], put in charge of developing the competencies related with provision and clinical utilization of organs, tissues and cells.
