Unsigned Comment
editRemoved the phrase
"delivered an important free speech victory for students when they"
and
"The Court's ruling in Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System v. Southworth (Case #98-1189) reinforces the historic role of college campuses as a marketplace of ideas."
as it smacks of POV. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Skapur (talk • contribs) 2006-08-01T22:51:16 (UTC)
Essay or Article?
editThis article doesn't define what a Student Activity Fee is as much as it seems to be an essay on the Southworth decision. It looks like it needs a lot of work to make this an encyclopedia article. --健次(derumi)talk 01:54, 7 December 2007 (UTC)
Titel
editIs this article well named since it seems to consist of court cases (hence law) about Student Activity Fees? RJFJR (talk) 16:40, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
- Well, if there was an article covering "student activity fee" comprehensively, the court cases would certainly be a subheading. There's just not a lot else that's been added. Cool Hand Luke 18:16, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
- On second thought, the most of non-POV content here should be moved to Board of Regents of the University of Wisconsin System v. Southworth, the POV content should be deleted, and this article will be a stub. Cool Hand Luke 18:20, 25 October 2008 (UTC)
