Carlos Holguín Sardi

Carlos Holguín Sardi (Born December 16, 1940 in Santiago de Cali, Colombia) is a lawyer and politician, member of the Colombian Conservative Party. Hoguin served as Governor of Valle del Cauca Department from January 1992 to December 1994.

Since 2006 Holguín is the current minister of the interior and justice of Colombia under the presidency of Alvaro Uribe. Holguín succeeded Sabas Pretelt de la Vega.
