James L. Graham

James L. Graham (born 1939) is a United States federal judge.

Graham was born in Columbus, Ohio. He received a B.A. from Ohio State University in 1962. He received a J.D. from Ohio State University College of Law in 1962. He was in private practice of law in Columbus, Ohio from 1962 to 1986.

Graham was a federal judge to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Graham was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on August 15, 1986, to a seat vacated by Robert Morton Duncan. He was confirmed by the United States Senate on September 25, 1986, and received his commission on September 26, 1986. Served as chief judge, 2003-2004. Assumed senior status on August 31, 2004.
