David Gordon Lyon

David Gordon Lyon was an American theologian. He occupied the Hollis Chair at Harvard Divinity School[1] from 1882[2] to 1910, when he assumed the Hancock professorship of Hebrew and other Oriental languages.[3] He was also the curator of the Semitic Museum.[4] He retired from Harvard in 1921.[3]
