  • 18:2418:24, 11 October 2020 diff hist +22 Lucianne Goldberg→‎The Tripp tapes: Earlier wording ("mistakenly advised") carried in part the implication that Goldberg's advice was an innocent mistake (as in, she thought she knew the law, but didn't). Now: either Goldberg knew the law but advised as she did anyway, or Goldberg didn't know and so her advice was innocently mistaken. Until references are found that settle this question, I suggest the present wording as more neutral: it describes what she did do (advised etc) and says what the law was.
