Bradford Oil Field

edit

I was surprised to find that there's no article on the Bradford Oil Field. It may not be much now, but it could hardly be more significant historically. I've found good sources and propose to get an article started with what appears to be for oil field articles a fairly standard Setting-Geology-History section structure. My sources are strongest on history, and I'm neither a geologist nor a petroleum engineer, so I'd appreciate some input from others once I have those sections started. But first I figured I'd ask here whether people consider the Bradford Oil Field notable enough to have its own article. Jbening (talk) 21:50, 21 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Yes, the Bradford Oil Field is notable enough to have its own article as there are plenty of independent reliable secondary sources about it. Some useful content might be in Pennsylvania oil rush. Thanks for volunteering to do this! Clayoquot (talk | contribs) 17:22, 8 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
