My protologisms

edit
  • Brovid (noun) – the conjunction of Brexit with the COVID-19 pandemic, especially in terms of problems exacerbated by this conjunction
Thanks to Brovid, Paul doesn't know when he'll be able to return to Germany from the UK.
Apparently I wasn't the only person to think of this; see Brovid at the MacMillan Dictionary.
  • cislate (verb) – to convert into a different variety of the same language
He cislated "I realised the centre is coloured grey" into American English as "I realized the center is colored gray".
  • goodass (noun) – someone who wants to be a badass but is too good-hearted to pull it off
  • multitalentless (adjective) – engaging in a variety of artistic endeavors, but without talent in any of them.
Jennifer Lopez can't sing, she can't dance, and she can't act – she's truly multitalentless!
  • pubbub (noun) – like a barroom brawl, but more British
  • zombie language (noun) – a language that has died but was later revived, and gets modern vocabulary by borrowing or calquing from living languages
Cornish is a zombie language as its last native speaker died in the 18th century, but now it feeds on living languages like Welsh and English to survive.
    Synonyms: undead language, vampire language

(Note: multitalentless is already at Urban Dictionary, meaning at least one other person has come up with this word independently of me.)
