Invitation for Feedback from Experienced Wiki Users

[edit]

Major updates/changes. Looking at adding Template:Infobox church to the article, and a page for The Salt Network. Let me know your feedback suggestions. Thanks! Jacobagron (talk) 20:15, 14 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Since posting this article on Wikipedia was my first attempt at creating a Wikipedia article, I would appreciate any advice or feedback from experienced Wiki users providing me with suggestions to improve my article, etc. Thanks! Darcy4063 (talk) 03:13, 21 April 2008 (UTC)Darcy4063[reply]

I don't have much experience with writing pages for churches or for organizations in general. But here are a few suggestions - what is particularly notable about Cornerstone? How does its college ministry's size compare to similar ministry programs at ISU? At other Regent Universities? How does the church size compare to other churches in Ames? in the state? What denomination(s) is the church affiliated with?
Also, add Template:Infobox church to the article, and a picture of the church, if a copyright-free or GDFL'ed photograph is a available. --Philosopher Let us reason together. 20:24, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Also, service times are probably unnecessary in the article - I am removing them for now. I don't know if there's a guideline covering them, but that information seems more like "directory" information than "encyclopedia" information. --Philosopher Let us reason together. 20:30, 21 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I appreciate your feedback, and I have made some changes that you recommended. I understand your reasoning for deleting the Weekend Services section and am glad you forewarned me before deleting this. Thanks for your input! Darcy4063 (talk) 20:19, 29 April 2008 (UTC)Darcy4063[reply]

Glad I could help! If you need any more help, let me know - also, since I'll be in the area, I'll see if I can take a picture of Cornerstone in the next couple of weeks for the article. (I'll have to borrow my parents camera first, but...) --Philosopher Let us reason together. 16:56, 30 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cornerstone Church

[edit]

The Church itself is a strong church, becoming huge, and multiplying. You may notice the architecture as the building was relatively put together fast, and set so that the building would work together in a way that has space, and needs over aesthetics. The church relatively looks nice, and you would not get this feeling if you were to first walk in, but after awhile and seeing what's around, a gym, coffee shop etc. There are several portions to this church. The church as in the people are incredible. As to the ministry you would need to see for yourself in a way. One aspects of ministry are: there are cards called risk. They may include sharing christ to serving someone. The church heavily teaches on community, and less on individualism. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.197.189.182 (talk) 00:45, 15 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
