The city of Yapacaní with 30,952 inhabitants did exist before 2012 and is a city of its own, together with eighteen smaller villages it forms the sub-canton "El Palmar KM 23". That's why I'd rather suggest that "Yapacaní" be inserted as No. 24 in the "List of Bolivian cities by population", instead of "El Palmar Km 23" (see the German Wiki Liste der Städte in Bolivien). -- Meister (talk) 20:33, 25 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Population disagreement
